The guy with the glasses is his cellmate and prison bitch. They are talking about loyalty in the one scene the second series of screen caps represent. The bitch is doing laundry, and master takes off his dirty socks to toss in their wash. He then puts his feet on his bitch, and squeezes and prods his nipple with his big toe (which you can see in the pics.) But that's about all that happens... which for me was PLENTY! ;)
